Galaxy COE3H Half Size Countertop Convection Oven - 120V

We use this little oven all day. It’s on from 6am-6pm. We have had it for a year now and it still works great. The outside does not get hot which is great. The only thing is that it’s very hard to clean besides that for the cost holy moly this is great. Would highly recommend.

Save your money. Our oven stopped working after 9 months and we were told there is only a 90 day warranty. Do the research and spend a little more. You'll be glad you did.

I own/run a small bakery. I've used this oven as my back up oven (when I need a little extra oven space). So it doesn't get used regularly. It's probably been used a dozen times (give or take) since I purchased it 7 months ago. Today I went to turn it on and it will come on and the fan will turn but there is no heat at all. I tried several things (unplugging, resetting, etc...). Still nothing. I now see it only has a 90 day warranty. I would not recommend this item just based off the fact that it has not been used much and has already stopped working.

Don't waste your money buying these. Went through 2 of these ovens in 1 year. Definitely not worth it. You get what you pay for.

Awesome oven! This is the perfect solution for our little food truck! It heats up fast! The price is even better! You can't beat this deal. We use it every day for 6 months and it has held up.

Used this unit a handful of times. Turned it on the other day and it stopped heating. Fan and timer still run but it doesn't heat at all. Total bust.

I like this quarter size oven a bit better than the Avantco. A small oven size like this is indispensable for service. Great airflow and heats quickly.

This oven has been very useful for making muffins. It heats up quickly and holds temperature well. We have had some minor issues with even cooking, when using two trays of twelve muffins, but this can be rectified by rotating the pans partway through cooking.

This oven has been absolutely AMAZING! We use it for so many things. Baked goods, toasting english muffins, reheating products for customers and even making rice krispies.

November 8, 2021 - September 6, 2022 That’s how long this oven worked for us. The door started to stick a few months in and as of the 6th it fully stopped working. According to webstaurant you get a six month warranty and then it’s up to you to get a tech in to fix it. Steer clear of this little oven. It’s not worth the money.

So far so good, Oven works good, heats up fast. You do need to rotate your pans as the oven will cook unevenly if you don't. edges seam to cook faster toward the back of the oven

This thing is awesome! We have a recipe that normally takes 35 - 45 minutes in our conventional oven. This oven finished it off in 27 minutes. it's so fast that I burnt the first load I put in it. Usually I check that recipe at 60 minutes but when I did it was already way past done. It's not running over temperature if that's what you're thinking because I have an oven thermometer inside so I can monitor the temperature which is right on target. The convection fan is quiet enough that it is indistinguishable from normal background sound from ten feet away. The Webstaurant Store sales representative said that the noise level might be too high. Oh ya, he was wrong. The only thing I wish it had was a light inside the oven compartment to make checking on the backing progress just a bit easier.

This is my 2nd Galay 1/4 convection oven, the last one was used for 5 years and was donated as still working. I use this in my home kitchen as our oven is large and takes a long time to pre-heat. We use the Galaxy a few nights a week for everything from roasting whole stuffed chickens to making frozen pizzas. It pre heats very quickly and does not heat up the entire room. They do have a hot spot in the center back which is where the element and fan are so depending on what I am cooking I may spin it half way through. Overall we are very happy with the oven!

After the first use, heat so much, The gasket started to melt, getting sticky it stuck to the door, when it cooled I wanted to put it back on, it can't be done because it lost its shape, and now is curve, i call customer service, they offer me a new gasket, hope this fix, but is the gasket is same i don't think is going to do any different, lest see, I order one similar brand Avantco no issues that all, more expensive but work better,

This is truly an amazing little oven. we love that you can use half size sheet pans instead of the provided racks if needed, this allows us to cook 4 pans of cookies and pastries at the same time. One note i would like to add it the initial use of this oven there was a bit of smoke that comes off the coils with the first use. The only reason I am giving this purchase a 4 star is that it came to us a little beat up the front and back of the oven are fine but the sides are a little dented but we are still happy with it even with its flaws, though would have been nice of the packaging was a little better to prevent this. We could not afford to wait for a return to fix this.

Just bought it - so far so good for a month.

Unit worked great for a few month of off and on use, now the fan is dead and makes the "I am going to die" sound. Also looks like you cannot get parts so giant paperweight I would avoid this unit if it cannot be repaired. Have had unit for 5 months, with minimal warming use.

Oven lasted less than 6 months. It stop heating. Tried to reset but does not work.

Puts together very well, sturdy and shipped quickly Great product for the restaurant and the size could be larger and would make it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper.

We bought this in February 2022. It died in October 2022. The heating element crapped out. The fan and lights still work. It's only use was to warm up pretzels. It was left on 400 degrees during open hours. It worked great before hand.
