This is an excellent non-stick muffin pan. I used some standard strawberry cupcake mix to test this pan out. I filled the center two cups to test how the cupcake/muffins would brown around the edges (some pans will brown your batter more severely if you do not fill all the cups of the pan to distribute the heat properly in my experience). As you can see in my photos and video this pan not only cooked the muffins perfectly even, but the rise was also great and uniform, and the non-stick factor was beyond expectations. All I did was spray a little canola oil into the tin and spread it with a paper towel before putting in my batter. The muffins popped right out with no cake residue left behind. I highly recommend this muffin tin.

Not bad overall, as we use it to make good muffins and egg bites. Regrettably, the nonstick coating has reduced in strength over time, so we experience a bit more sticking about 6 months later than when it was new. I recommend greasing the pan a bit to extend the longevity of the coating.

This mini cupcake pan is the perfect pan! It perfectly fits my cupcake liners that I also got from Webstaurant. The size of my liners is 1 3/8" x 15/16". The quality is awesome!
