These are sharper than the price would lead you to believe so be careful but they aren't big name brand quality. They are however a GREAT value and having color coded handles to match the other allergy coded boards and items is a great option.

The choice 3 1/4 Serrated Paring knife one sharp little paring knife. Great for small tasks in the kitchen, I love it for slicing small tomatoes. You can slice very thin with this knife. Price is very affordable. No reason to sharpen at this price, just buy another one.

these blue knives are very good however they get dull quickly if not used properly usually they can last almost a month before they do get dull
