Good long knife, came very sharp and ready to cut out of the box without any additional work. Nice thin blade, handle is plastic but it feels solid and is riveted into the tang. Everything is nice and smooth, no nooks or crannies for food to get caught. Was able to cut meat easily and the side grooves help it come off the blade easily. Definitely good value for the price.
