This machine hasn't worked since we received it. Unfortunately we didn't use it right away so we didn't know until after the return deadline. Very disappointed.

Machine arrived defective and not working. Very displeased, should of listened to the two other reviewers that were having difficulty with it as well.

Overall this is a nice sno-cone machine at a very reasonable price. We had a few issues at first with the machine jamming up, but quickly learned if we clear the chute regularly the ice doesn’t build up and runs smoothly.

Unfortunately we did not use the machine right away. One use and the machine never worked again. We paid good money, just to get a machine that does not work!
