Featuring an intuitive LED control panel, this unit is easy to operate. It can hold up to 99 programs and it includes 12 quick access programs for increased convenience. It includes a heavy-duty aluminum stand that is equipped with casters, allowing you to easily roll it to different stations throughout your kitchen. Better yet, this oven features a ventless hood system to remove odors and grease particles from the air, ensuring a cleaner environment without the need for costly outside venting.

This oven features 3 stage cooking, allowing you to cook food at various temperatures throughout the cooking process. It boasts a temperature range of 175-500 degrees Fahrenheit, and its steam injection function allows for greater cooking versatility and ensures excellent results. Its advanced airflow design and automatically reversible fan ensure even results. Its timer function allows you to set a timer of any length up to 10 hours, or it can run continuously until it is turned off. When cooking cycles are finished, the unit beeps and the light flashes to signal to the operator that the food is done. It includes an LED interior light for easy monitoring while you cook. Its auto shut off feature turns the oven off when the door is opened, and the double wall glass door is cool to the touch to ensure safe use. For increased functionality, it includes an electro valve for a direct plumbed water connection, allowing you to use this oven with a compatible proofer (sold separately).
