These half size ovens include 3 wire shelves per oven with 2 5/8" between each shelf for baking a variety of foods, making them the perfect addition to your bakery, restaurant, or catering service. Featuring an intuitive touch control panel, these units are easy to operate. They can hold up to 99 programs, and they're WiFi compatible, allowing you to control the ovens and analyze cooking data from your smart device. Better yet, they come with a heavy-duty aluminum stand that is equipped with casters, allowing you to easily roll it to different stations throughout your kitchen. These ovens feature a ventless hood system to remove odors and grease particles from the air, ensuring a cleaner environment without the need for costly outside venting.
These ovens feature 9 stage cooking, allowing you to cook food at various temperatures throughout the cooking process. They boast a temperature range of 175-500 degrees Fahrenheit, and their steam injection function allows for greater cooking versatility and ensures excellent results. Their advanced airflow design and automatically reversible fans ensure even results. Their timer function allows you to set a timer of any length up to 10 hours, or they can run continuously until they are turned off. When cooking cycles are finished, the units beep and the lights flash to signal to the operator that the food is done. Each oven includes an LED interior light for easy monitoring while you cook. The auto shut off feature turns the ovens off when the doors are opened, and the double wall glass doors are cool to the touch to ensure safe use. Each oven boasts a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior, and their doors and hinges are designed to last. Plus, their extra large motors and fans with 2 speed settings ensure that these convection ovens will withstand regular use in your establishment.
The stand that comes with this oven can hold up to 5 half size sheet pans (sold separately), ensuring you have plenty of storage space for your most popular dishes. Each oven requires a 208-240V electrical connection for use. A water connection, as well as a drain line or floor drain, is required for proper installation of the hood. To prevent scale build up, filtration is also recommended for the hood. For increased functionality, each oven includes an electro valve for a direct plumbed water connection, allowing you to use these ovens with a compatible proofer (sold separately). It is recommended that the user has a standard ice machine filter when connecting the water hookup. For consistent, intuitive cooking, add this reliable convection oven to your kitchen!
