These 2 half size ovens include 3 wire shelves per oven with 2 5/8" between each shelf for baking a variety of foods, making them the perfect addition to your bakery, restaurant, or catering service. Featuring intuitive GO control panels, these units are easy to operate. They can hold up to 99 programs and they include 12 quick access programs for increased convenience. Better yet, they come with a heavy-duty aluminum stand that is equipped with casters, allowing you to easily roll these ovens to different stations throughout your kitchen.

These ovens feature 3 stage cooking, allowing you to cook food at various temperatures throughout the cooking process. They boast a temperature range of 175-500 degrees Fahrenheit. Their advanced airflow design and automatically reversible fans ensure even results. Their timer function allows you to set a timer of any length up to 10 hours, or they can run continuously until they are turned off. When cooking cycles are finished, the units beep and the lights flash to signal to the operator that the food is done. Each oven includes an LED interior light for easy monitoring while you cook. The auto shut off feature turns the ovens off when the doors are opened, and their double wall glass doors are cool to the touch to ensure safe use. Each oven boasts a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior, and their doors and hinges are designed to last. Plus, their extra large motors and fans ensure that these convections will withstand regular use in your establishment.

The stand that comes with these ovens can hold up to 5 half size sheet pans (sold separately), ensuring you have plenty of storage space for your most popular dishes. Each oven requires a 120V electrical connection for use. They don't include water pumps, so these units can not be used with a proofer.
