Intuitive and Safe to Use
To protect the user's hands, this slicer features a clear 3 1/2" thick thumb guard and has a programmable 15, 30, or 45 second blade shut-off. It also has an illuminating safety dial that lights up green when the plate is closed and the motor is off and red when the plate is open and the unit is ready to use. This unit features an interlock system where carriage and gauge plate lock during the cleaning and sanitizing process to prevent accidental injury. It requires 120V for use.
