Steeping Instructions:
Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over tea bag, and steep for about 4 minutes. Remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.

4 Bigelow Earl Grey tea bags
Apple peels from 5 apples
1 to 2 tsp. honey
1 to 2 cinnamon sticks
8 fl. oz. water
Pour water in a medium-sized sauce pan and bring water to a boil. Add 4 Bigelow Earl Grey tea bags to hot water. Place apple peels into the hot water. Add honey and cinnamon sticks and simmer on low for at least 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Use a slotted spoon to remove apples peals and discard. Pour hot tea into a cup and enjoy!

the earl grey always was one of my favorite tea. this brand is very good and you can taste all of the flavor. sometimes I'm adding one clove and makes it delicious. I love bigelow earl grey tea.
