Steeping Instructions:
Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over the tea bag, and steep for 2 - 4 minutes. Remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.

Suggested Recipe: Cinnamon Scone with Vanilla Chai Glaze
Scone
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. Truvia
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 cups all purpose flour
6 tbsp. cold butter, cubed
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Glaze
3 Bigelow vanilla chai tea bags
1/4 cup warm water
1 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp. heavy cream

Scone
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine cinnamon, Truvia, sugar, salt, baking powder, and flour. Add cubed butter, and using a pastry blender or a big fork, blend the butter into the flour mixture. It will be flaky and a little dry. Slowly add in the heavy cream and vanilla; combine them together to form a dough. Using floured hands, roll the dough into a ball, and on a floured surface, roll the dough out into a circle. Cut the dough into 8 triangles, and place each on a cookie sheet or pizza stone. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.

Glaze
Make the glaze while the scones bake. In a tea mug, add the 1/4 cup of warm water and soak the 3 Bigelow vanilla chai tea bags. In a small bowl, add the confectioner's sugar, 3 tbsp. of the Bigelow vanilla chai tea, and 1 tbsp. of heavy cream. Stir together to form the glaze. Drizzle over top of scones after they have cooled and serve!
