really like this hot chocolate. I didn't have any milk so I tried it with water and it tasted delicious. Just bought some nonfat milk and tried it with milk and it tastes very good so happy with the product.

I ordered several different flavors of Big Train mixes to try. Some are fantastic, while some are not so great. Unfortunately, the frozen hot chocolate flavor falls in the latter category. It is not very chocolatey at all and does not taste like hot chocolate. I threw the bag away after one or two uses. Very disappointed!

The 20 Below Frozen Hot Chocolate Mix is phenomenal. My customers love it as a hot or cold frappe drink. It's creamy, and the sweet is perfectly balanced. Sometimes, with the pre-made blends, you get way too much sugar and it's overpowering. Big Train has done an excellent job of creating a delicious, well balanced blend.

This is a very popular flavor among kids and adults! It is unfortunate that it is not caffeine free, but it still is very popular and absolutely worth having in any cafe!

So yummy. Play around with the ratio of liquid to mix you use until you find a balance you like. This is wonderful for the summer time or even as a hot chocolate in the winter time.

This is a pretty tasty frozen drink mix. I only gave it 4 stars because it was extremely chocolatey (almost too rich) and it did have a slight aftertaste. But, both my kids loved it so it will get consumed.
