Who doesn't love taro flavor? It's nice to have such a large container of it, although it would be nicer if the bag could be resealed. Once you open it you need to move it to another container. It has a good taste, although not quite as strong as I would like. I was hoping to be able to use it to add taro flavor to other things (cookies, waffles, other drinks like tea and coffee lattes) but the flavor is easily hidden by other flavors. Taro is a fairly delicate flavor so that's not surprising, but it seems that there's a lot of sugar/powdered milk filler in this since it's supposed to be just a drink mix.

This isn't the Taro that we are used to getting overseas, meaning it is lighter in color (not a dark purple). The taste is second to none and we have no complaints. We can sacrifice the color to have superb taste and texture.

Taro is a pretty funny flavor, somewhere between nutty, creamy and starchy its hard to always find a good median for Taro flavored items. The dragonfly line has a good taro IMO compared to other made for bubble tea instant mixes.
