Includes Food Pans
This unit's mega top design boasts a 50% greater pan capacity than a standard prep table. It comes with (24) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans, which provide you with plenty of room to store your sandwich or salad ingredients.
Refrigerated Cabinet
The 1/3 hp compressor uses R-290 refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures inside the cabinet. CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps improve the prep table's energy efficiency.
Self-Closing Doors
For convenience, this prep table boasts self-closing doors to keep the cold air inside. A 120 degree stay-open feature allows for easier loading and unloading of product.
Locking Adapter Bars
To support your food pans, this unit comes with locking adapter bars. They fit securely into place so that you don't have to worry about them sliding and allowing your pans to fall.
