10" Deep Cutting Board
The 60" long by 10" deep cutting board is the perfect place to assemble sandwiches, subs, wraps, and hoagies. Plus, its smooth surface makes it easy to clean and prevents cracks and crevices from forming, which could harbor dangerous bacteria.
Eco-Friendly Refrigeration System
The 1/3 hp compressor circulates environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
Stay-Open Doors
Its door design includes a 120 degree stay-open feature and a self-closing design, perfect for when you have your hands full.
High Performance
Tested to perform in ambient temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit delivers excellent performance in harsh environments.
