The large, bright LED temperature display will let you see the cabinet temperature easily from across your busy kitchen. A pair of dials is located on the unit's bottom control drawer that can also be removed for quick cleaning.

This unit's versatile interior is made of rugged, heavy-duty aluminum that's easy to clean. With 36 removable fixed wire pan slides, this unit has plenty of room to hold your house specialties at food-safe temperatures for hours.

This holding cabinet's 180-degree full-swing crystal-clear vacuum-insulated glass door makes it easy to see inside. Magnetic latches, heavy-duty insulation, plus tight-fitting gaskets keep the door closed when it's supposed to be and keep the hot air in to further conserve energy! You can also reverse the door hinges based on your needs.
Secure Transport
This mobile cabinet has 5" poly casters with locking mechanisms on the front wheels, making it easy to load and roll or keep in place.
