The racks are great for quick air frying in a small convection oven. But, both sheet pans I received were both dented and scratched pretty bad. They still work, but for being new, not pleased.

This baking sheet / cooling rack combo is alright for the price but I've bought nicer ones from brick and mortar restaurant supply stores. It arrived with dents in the baking sheet from the feet of the cooling rack (which was sitting on top, along with some heavier items). Credit where credit is due: customer service responded quickly when I brought up the issue with them. That said, I probably wouldn't buy this again as the baking sheet seems pretty flimsy (haven't tested out the rack yet).

I wish we would have made this purchase years ago. These are FANTASTIC as they fit the full sheet pan perfectly. We can cool a whole sheet pan of cookies or other items and have them on our sheet pan on the bakers rack and out of the way until needed.

I use these for a meat broiling rig, baked good resting station, and any other job that comes along. I am not running them through the dishwasher, and they remain shiny and easy to clean. Both the pans and the racks are a good sturdy weight, and they store very easily.

This is my most versatile baking sheet - it's enough real estate to hold food for probably 3 - 4 people without becoming unwieldy. Perfect!

The construction is really nice and thick with the rolled rim covering the wire. They're better than any similarly priced consumer pans. They're also pretty sturdy and it'll take quite a bit of force to bend them by hand easily. The wire rack fits in the sheet pan perfectly with no virtually gap. When baking in the oven, I haven't any issues with warping.

I have been looking for a quality half size pan with a cooling rack that actually fits inside. A few others I had bought from other companies didn't allow the cooling rack to fit inside nicely, they were either slightly too big and the edges went over the rim of the sheet pan or they slid around inside. These are perfect. I use mine to cook bacon in the oven almost weekly. These pans with racks are awesome.
