I ordered the Avantco ACR18SS 18 Qt. Commercial Countertop Roaster Oven / Warmer - 120V, 1450W to cook our 24 pound Thanksgiving turkey. It shipped the same day I placed the order, I received it 2 days later. Super quick!!! It did a fantastic job of cooking our turkey, and I didn't have to lift the turkey in and out of the oven. (what was I thinking when I bought a 24 lb turkey instead of 2 smaller turkeys) As always, Webstaurant customer service is fantastic, always answering any questions I have, very friendly and very quickly!! Thank you Webstaurant!!!

This thing has been amazing and has been consistent in making 30 lbs of shredded chicken 3-5 times for the past two years! I bought two because I was worried the cooker would burn out with how much we use it, however the extra is still in its original packaging because the first one just doesn’t want to quit. Best purchase I’ve ever made for my business.

The description of this product is misleading. It is not as stated a "commercial" quality product. The enamel pan is a cheap thin material rolled up around the edges. The lid is not "heavy-duty". Imperfections in the coating process is obvious. Initial heating needs to be done outdoors while the oils burn off. Terrible smoke and smell. I do not recommend this product. You get what you pay for.
