Holding and Proofing Cabinets

Our selection of holding and proofing cabinets includes options of different sizes and capacities. Choose from food warming cabinets, bread proofer boxes, or a unit that can do both! From undercounter models to full-size units and everything in between, we have an option for your low- or high-volume needs. You can also choose from holding or proofing cabinets with fixed wire slides that are permanently held in place, as well as universal slides that are fully adjustable to accommodate various-sized food pans.

Proofing cabinets are necessary in any foodservice establishment that makes fresh bread, dinner rolls, cinnamon buns, and other pastries. These cabinets are designed to reach the temperature and humidity levels required for dough to properly rise before it’s baked. Additionally, our hot holding cabinets can keep one temperature for a long period of time, allowing you to make your food and then keep it hot until your service is ready.
