The individually heated cabinet eliminates flavor transfer, ensuring that each food item maintains its distinct taste profile. The product temperature and time on each module can be independently customized, providing a wide variety of options for different products and day parts. It holds one 1/3 size 2 1/2" deep pan.

As your business grows, this modular unit can be configured with additional MHB100HM1 or MHB100HM1-SS holding modules (sold separately) in one unit increments, distributing power and communications to ensure safe, even, and consistent heating temperatures. Using a single 120V circuit, it can be expanded both vertically up to five units high and horizontally using an MHB100EB expansion base (sold separately) up to five units wide, offering versatility for existing and future product expansion. It can be configured with up to eight modules total. The single-sided design allows for easy access to food, making it convenient for busy kitchen environments.

This holding module utilizes an integrated MenuTrak timing system, which allows you to program up to six different menus and track product hold times, and it alerts operators when to discard old products and begin cooking new products. With extended holding time capability, it keeps your food products at the required internal temperatures without drying them out, maintaining their quality and taste. The PC application simplifies menu programming and uploads through the accessible USB port on the main base (sold separately), making operation a breeze. This unit is integral to QSR work-in-progress operations where menu items are prepared for on-demand orders, limiting heat loss while ensuring remaining items stay fresh.
