It powers and controls MHB100HM1 and MHB100HM1-SS holding modules (sold separately) to keep your menu item components at the perfect serving temperature. It allows you to set the product temperature and time independently on each holding module, providing a wide variety of options for different products and day parts.

As your business grows, this main base can be used to power multiple MHB100HM1 and MHB100HM1-SS holding modules (sold separately) configured in one unit increments, distributing power and communications to ensure safe, even, and consistent heating temperatures. Using a single 120V circuit, it can be expanded vertically up to five holding units high, or horizontally with MHB100EB expansion bases (sold separately) up to five units wide, offering versatility for existing and future product expansion. It can be configured with up to eight modules total.

This main base utilizes an integrated MenuTrak timing system, which allows you to program up to six different menus and track product hold times, and it alerts operators when to discard old products and begin cooking new products. With the ability to extend the holding time of the holding bin, it helps keep your food products at the required internal temperatures without drying them out, maintaining their quality and taste. The PC application simplifies menu programming and uploads through the accessible USB port, making operation a breeze.

The compact and light weight design of this base makes it easy to integrate into any kitchen setup, and it comes with the top cover and end cap necessary to complete the unit. It's equipped with internal safeguards that control food safety and consistent heating.
