Doyon PROW-18 Details
Get the perfect rise out of your products with the NU-VU PROW-18 full height proofing cabinet, which features the AutoMist humidity system! This patented, automatic humidity system eliminates the need for a water pan by using timed bursts of mist, all of which is managed by humidity controls. The controlled heat can reach temperatures up to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, which is efficiently held in the insulated stainless steel cavity. Its half door design allows you to access the cavity in halves, keeping more heat in the cabinet for a more energy efficient operation. The NU-VU PRO-18 can hold 18 full size (18" x 26") sheet pans, and features 3" shelf spacing. Electromechanical controls and an indicator light for the thermostat make operating this unit an easy process!
