Hands-Free Operation
It has an infrared proximity sensor with a 30 second timeout feature and an adjustable range of 1"-6". Because a sensor activates water flow, it has several advantages over a traditional handle-style faucet. It is hands-free, which reduces the opportunity for germs to spread, and it also prevents the faucet from running when it's not needed, which helps to cut down on your water bill.
Gooseneck Spout
This faucet comes with a 6 3/4" angled gooseneck spout, and a 1.2 GPM flow rate to provide a soft water flow with minimal splashing for hand washing. A heavy brass body provides excellent durability, while a bronze finish provides an attractive accent.
Easy Installation
The single hole base requires a total of 1 mounting hole to allow easy installation of the faucet inlet. The faucet connects to the control module with an 18" flexible supply line and a sensor cable.
AC Adapter or Battery-Powered
The UL certified AC adapter with a Level VI efficiency rating is included to provide power for the faucet's control module, which installs below the countertop. Or, you can also use (4) AA batteries if an outlet isn't convenient, and to provide backup power in case of an outage.
Manual Mixing Valve Included
A mixing valve also allows you to easily set the output temperature to the desired level. This prevents burned hands from water that is too hot, while still ensuring that the water is warm enough for users to effectively wash their hands. A pair of 18" flexible stainless steel connectors with 1/2" NPSM female x 3/8" female compression fittings connect the mixing valve to your building's water lines.

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.
Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.
Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.
