Hands-Free Sensor
It has an infrared proximity sensor with a 30 second timeout feature and an adjustable range of 1"-6". Because of the hands-free sensor that activates the water flow, it reduces the opportunity for germs to spread, and prevents the faucet from running when it's not needed, which helps to cut down on your water bill. The sensor is also concealed, giving it an aesthetic look.
Attractive Deck Plate
The 10" deck plate is a great way to create a seamless and attractive connection point between your faucet and the countertop. Made from chrome-plated stainless steel, it provides a polished look and superior durability that contributes to the advantages over the traditional faucet.
Uses Battery or Adapter
The UL certified AC adapter with a Level VI efficiency rating is included to provide power for the faucet's control module, which installs below the countertop and connects to the faucet with an 18" flexible supply line. Or, you can also use (4) AA batteries if an outlet isn't convenient, and to provide backup power in case of an outage.
Achieve Perfect Temperature
A mixing valve also allows you to easily set the output temperature to the desired level, preventing burned hands from water that is too hot, while still ensuring that the water is warm enough for users to effectively wash their hands.
Included Parts
A pair of 18" flexible stainless steel connectors with 1/2" NPSM female x 3/8" female compression fittings connect the mixing valve to your building's water lines.

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.
Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.
Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.
