This Vollrath 75280 Super Pan V® 1/8 size solid cover is designed to be loose-fitting so you can easily life it off the pan and then replace it later. This lid is ideal for use with Vollrath Super Pan® (sold separately) in your cafeteria line, dining hall, catering business, or any other foodservice establishment, this pan is built to last through heavy commercial use. By using a cover with your food pans, you can keep your food hot or cold for longer periods of time while also preventing contamination. Made of highly durable 22-guage, 300 series stainless steel, this product resists scratches and dents and will stand up to rigorous use in a high volume kitchen.
The cover has reinforced edges to provide added strength to the perimeter of the cover. This feature makes it easy to safely transport your hot or cold food to catered events without any spills or messes! Its centered, recessed handle allows for easy usage and storage, while the bright finish is perfect for front of house presentation.
