The Vollrath cooling rack is well-built, the design works well for cooling small items without slipping through the grating, and it is sturdy enough to take a good scrubbing.

I have been searching for a cooling rack that doesn’t start rusting after a few months, and this is the first one I’ve found. They are strong enough to hold two chickens in the oven, but the wires are close enough to each other for cooling cookies. They also fit perfectly in all of my half sheet pans. The build quality is excellent, as you would expect from Vollrath. They are definitely more expensive than other cooling racks, but you get a much better product.

This is the real deal. You can bake on this without worrying about plating or nonstick chemicals breaking down. It's a very solid rack that fits perfectly in a standard 1/2 sheet pan.

Very sturdy cooling rack. It is nice and heavy duty, unlike some other racks that are lightweight and bend, these rods are firm and don’t move.

This Vollrath Super Pan V Footed Cooling Rack is robust! The construction of this thing rivals a metal shopping cart! This cooling rack was made to last a VERY long time.

I love this cooking rack. It is so much more sturdy than what you find in traditional stores and is nice to insert into a sheet pan if you need to cook something elevated. As for cooling, I’ve used this for cakes, cookies, glazing pastries, and fried foods. I can’t say enough about it! It washes well in the dishwasher and comes out clean.

We purchased this and it arrived bent. No problem there since Webstaurant took care of it. The main thing is Webstaurant also sells a similar product for 1/4 the price that we ended up switching to instead.

This wire rack is GREAT!! I use it for everything from cooling cakes out the oven to pouring icing over petit fours!! It fits 24 cupcakes easily with space in between to allow for quick cooling!!

Sturdy racks. Easy to clean and use. Useful for so many things. They are wonderful!

The best of the best baking pans. Vollrath is top quality and I would reccomend for any commercial Kitchen. Good choice for the professional or home baker any day of the week!

No worries about rusting

This was a great find. It’s about the same size as a standard oven rack and slides easily. It serves as both oven and cooling rack. I place many items directly on it (on a sheet of parchment paper) for a more evenly baked cookie or prepared meal. Thank you! Charlotte Bell

The stainless steel wire rack is made of sturdy, good quality materials. It has held up well to regular use and is very easy to clean.

We liked these racks a lot, mainly because they are very sturdy and can take a couple hits. We use them in a bakery, so most of the times we don't have time to place items in the washing sink in a "nicely" manner, but we can only throw them there as we need to move quickly for production for the day. They hold our 8" cakes with no problem at all (we fit 4 of them per rack), and so far no issues with bending, scratching, peeling or rusting. Overall, a very nice product and great value for the price.

We love this product, we placed it inside of our chicken finish bin so the fresh chicken is on the rack and any crumbs or excess oil fall below. Very sturdy and easy to clean

We upgraded and invested in stainless steel racks after going through many aluminum ones and are pleased with the longevity of these. They don't corrode or rust and we use them heavily.

This is a great cooking rack. I prefer it to the racks with parallel bars because cookies don’t fall through it like they do in those. I even use it to cool cakes and pies.

I just love these cooling racks! They are dishwasher safe and I love hat they are in a grid alignment as opposed to parallel so cookies don't fall through.

Anyways, I made this review because I really like this product. Just received it today and already used it to make my own potato wedges. Its great because the material is sturdy stainless steel that has a nice weight to it, it fits my half size sheet pan perfectly and was just what I wanted and was expecting.

I have not had any problems with this drying rack at all. Really a great piece for use in the oven while roasting or cooking, or for cooling items after they have come out of the oven.

I am mostly happy with this rack. The only problem I have had is that it has a few VERY sharp spots that have scratched my pans and actually cut my fingers once, now I'm very careful when handling it.

This is a good quality cooling rack. I paid a little extra, but got what I expected. We use this rack when cooling our whole wheat bread, muffins and cookies. No problems, would recommend.

I have purchased several of the full size stainless steel wire grates. They are a good quality and are very sturdy for cooling my 3lb. cakes. I highly recommend them.

These are great quality wire racks. Its nice to have a full size. For a busy grill station that make for great resting racks with a sheet pan.

This is large enough to cool serveral batches of cookies at one time, or to use with the full sheet pan for excess icings or chocolate drippings. Washes up godd too!
