Vollrath's Super Pan V is an exceptional quality stainless steel food pain. It has an incredible brushed metal finish and the laser etched label looks excellent.
Even though the picture shows corn, I really prefer deep pans for liquids. Otherwise, people are digging to get to the bottom and by the time you get to the bottom what's left is all mush. That being said, we use these deep versions for soups and dressings and they work wonderfully. Whatever your use, I can highly recommend this Vollrath deep steam pan. Typical Vollrath quality by which I mean an excellent buy, worth every penny.

This product is very well made. The edges are dull so you won't cut or scrape yourself when handling. The anti-jam dimples keep pans separate so they pull apart easily. The steel feels a little thicker than other brands, so I'd expect these to be a little more durable. I chose this one particularly to use with the compatible flexible lid, and I'm glad I did. I'm very happy with this product, and can't count the number of different uses.
