Not real crazy about these Heat and Serve Warmers. The knobs fall off or they get stripped and you can't tell what temperature it is.

I love my soup rethermalizers! They are great for taking out the extra step of heating your product on the side. They do take longer to heat up your product but it is great for farmers' markets or events. Mine have held up after two years of being banged around. I would definitely suggest spending the extra money on a rethermazlier over a traditional soup crock.
Very good soup warmer. Holds a good amount 10 - 11 qts and keeps a nice temperature. We use it almost daily and found it to be a nice reliable piece.

The Vollrath Heat N' Serve soup warmer is everything you would wish for in a soup warmer! Its durable, keeps your soup at the perfect serve safe temperature and is a great price! I ordered two of them and couldn't be happier! Not only that, but they have a long life. The store I used to work for had one in use daily, all day long and it still is going strong!
Keeps things warm just fine. However it does tend to run out of water very fast if you do not have enough in there. And if you put too much water in there it creates an overflow mess.

this soup warmer was a great investment. Seems to be holding up very well. It has a nice look to it, easy to use temp knob, and low water indicator.
