Ordered mine last summer for a camp. It arrived wrapped up in cellophane on a wooden crate. It sat in a warehouse for a month before it came to the camp. When I opened it, the top cover and the base of the unit was cracked. Neither Webstaurant or Volraith would do anything about it since it wasn't inspected immediately. INSPECT THE UNIT IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL... 2 weeks into usage a belt broke and had to replace, cost 200 for a set of 3 belts on a brand new unit...
