It's great when it works....but awful when it doesn't. We ordered this oven and it took over a year for delivery (due to COVID), which wasn't ideal but understandable with many challenges. However, since installation in March is has been out of service for over 2 months. Turbochef customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They guarantee service within 24-hours, the first two issues we had it took over two weeks for a technician to visit. It is currently not working for the last 6 weeks-- and Turbochef has zero interest is helping. I have called over 10 times and had my "message passed on and someone will give me a call back" and not once have I received a call back. I'm losing hope they will ever hold up their promises but, perhaps, a review might get their attention.
