This TurboChef i3 Touch high-speed electric commercial convection microwave oven uses a finely-tuned combination of independently controlled dual motors, high-speed air impingement, and microwave technology to cook various foods at a much faster and more even rate than traditional ovens, without sacrificing the taste and quality your customers expect! It features a catalytic converter to limit smoke, grease, and odor emissions so that you don't need to worry about a costly hood installation, making it an excellent choice not only for convenience stores and sandwich shops, but also for airports and other operations where an exhaust hood may not be practical.
This high-speed countertop oven boasts simple, intuitive touchscreen controls that allow you to store up to 200 recipes so you can offer a diverse menu with guaranteed consistency. Creating and managing your recipes couldn't be any easier thanks to the USB port that allows you to create and tweak recipes on your computer and upload them directly to the oven. To help you get the most out of your new rapid cook microwave oven and keep it running at peak performance, built-in self diagnostics help you troubleshoot and Smart Voltage Sensor Technology automatically detects and adjusts to the proper voltage during installation. For easy cleaning, the unit features an all stainless steel construction with a removable grease collection pan and rack that can be quickly washed in the sink at the end of a busy shift.
To provide you with the most helpful accessories to ease your cooking experience, this oven comes with an aluminum paddle, a bottle of oven cleaner and oven guard, 2 trigger sprayers, and 2 PTFE baskets. This oven requires a 208/240V, 3 phase electrical connection.
