The first bin received was poorly welded and leaked at the joint where the legs were welded on. We contacted support, who was very helpful and quickly shipped us a warranty replacement. The warranty replacement was even more poorly welded and leaked even more water. We contacted support, who again were very helpful in offering us another replacement or a refund (we just took a refund). I don't recommend this brand for ice bins, spend a bit more money for the regency brand!
