Its dependent glass doors have a stay-cool, heavy-duty handle and open a full 180 degrees to easily access the interior. The interior is illuminated with bright lighting to easily monitor the cooking process. This unit has heavy-duty, removable 11-position wire rack guides spaced on 1 5/8" centers, allowing you to reconfigure its 5 plated wire oven racks.

This convection oven is easy to operate using its solid-state thermostat and 60-minute mechanical cook timer. It adjusts from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a wide variety of foods.
