Southbend PCE75S/TD-PRO Details
Enhance the efficiency of your kitchen with this Southbend Platinum Pro series convection oven! This oven operates using a 7.5 kW high-efficiency heating element and a 2-speed, 1/2 hp fan motor. Its dependent, 2-piece glass doors have a stay-cool, heavy-duty handle and open a full 180 degrees to easily access the interior. The interior is illuminated with bright lighting to easily monitor the cooking process. This unit has heavy-duty, removable 11-position wire rack guides spaced on 1 5/8" centers, allowing you to reconfigure its 5 plated wire oven racks.
This convection oven is easy to operate using its digital touchscreen controls that display time and temperature and include manual mode, programmable recipes, and rack mode. The fan cycle timer allows users to pulse the fan, while the rack mode allows you to cook multiple dishes at once with different timers. It adjusts from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a wide variety of foods and features a 140 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit "hold" thermostat. It has energy-saving, high-efficiency glass windows and a heat-keeping dual door seal system to maintain consistent, efficient cooking temperatures. Plus, it has a forced cool down fan mode to ensure quick, even cooking.
This convection oven features a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, while its interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. It stands on sturdy 26" triangular stainless steel legs for optimal stability (casters sold separately). The unit's two temperature probes allow for precise temperature management. This unit has a plug-in, plug-out control panel that slides out for easy full-view servicing. For safe use, it has manual reset high-limit temperature control to protect against overheating. This hardwired unit requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
