Southbend PCE15S/TD-PRO Details
Enhance the efficiency of your kitchen with this Southbend Platinum Pro series convection oven! This unit features a double-stack design with 2 ovens for optimal space efficiency. Each oven operates using (1) 7.5 kW high-efficiency heating element and a 2-speed, 1/2 hp fan motor. Its dependent glass doors have stay-cool, heavy-duty handles and open a full 180 degrees to easily access the interior. The interior is illuminated with bright lighting to easily monitor the cooking process. Each oven has heavy-duty, removable 11-position wire rack guides spaced on 1 5/8" centers and 5 plated oven racks, allowing for a custom configuration.
This convection oven is easy to operate using its independent digital touchscreen controls that display time and temperature and include manual mode, programmable recipes, and rack mode. The fan cycle timer allows users to pulse the fan, while the rack mode allows you to cook multiple dishes at once with different timers. It adjusts from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a wide variety of foods and features a 140 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit "hold" thermostat. It has energy-saving, high-efficiency glass windows and a heat-keeping dual door seal system to maintain consistent, efficient cooking temperatures. Plus, it has a forced cool down fan mode to ensure quick, even cooking.
This convection oven features a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, while its interiors have a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. It stands on sturdy 6" stainless steel legs for optimal stability (casters sold separately). The unit's two temperature probes allow for precise temperature management. This unit has a plug-in, plug-out control panel that slides out for easy full-view servicing. For safe use, it has manual reset high-limit temperature control to protect against overheating. This hardwired unit requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation and includes the necessary stacking kit.
