This mixer has a powerful 1 hp, fan-cooled motor to effortlessly whip up to 83 lb. of ground beef, lamb, pork, or even non-meat contents such as hard mixes and salads. This makes it an ideal choice for butcher shops, supermarkets, and commercial kitchens. This double-paddle mixer offers fast yet thorough results with a gentle mix to increase sales appeal and elongate the shelf life of product. It is easy to use with IP67-protected controls, and it offers both forward and reverse mixing action for optimal control.
This unit features a compact countertop design to fit in kitchens with limited space. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with an anodized aluminum tank. The paddles and tank are easily removable for cleaning, while a side lid opens to empty product for quick cleaning and maintenance. The motor includes a hermetic reducer in an oil bath for efficient operation. A variety of safety features include a removable lid with a safety microswitch, a safety interlock, and overload and no-volt release protection. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
