Plus, with both forward and reverse mixing action, this unit boasts excellent control over even the most delicate products.

This modern meat mixer is made of durable, corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel to withstand frequent use in your busy commercial kitchen. The paddles are also stainless steel for fast kneading and thorough mixing. The paddles are removable with no tools required while the stainless steel tub tilts for easy product emptying to ensure fast cleaning and easy maintenance. This unit boasts stainless steel IP 67 controls that include an auto-off feature and an auto-function. The built-in stand with four stainless steel swivel wheels, two with locks, allows for easy moving and secure positioning.

For safe use, the tank has an automatic locking system and a stainless steel lid with a safety microswitch that will not allow the machine to run unless the cover is closed to prevent any accidents in your busy environment. It features overload and no-volt release protection, along with total protection of the gearbox control panel, including a double seal on the tank and gearbox. It has an oil-bath gearbox, as well as ground and tempered helical gears. This unit has a required minimum load of 40% maximum capacity. A 220V, 3 phase hardwired electrical connection is required for operation of this unit.
