This powerful holding unit can hold three full size food pans (sold separately) full of pasta, meat, or side dishes in each 500W well. Although intended for dry use, this steam table can be used wet with a compatible spillage pan (sold separately).A 120V electrical connection is required for the 7 1/4' power cord.

The body of this unit is constructed of durable 22-gauge type 430 stainless steel and heavy-duty hardware. The top and wells are made of 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel, while the cutting board support shelves are made of 16-gauge type 430 stainless steel.

Follow these steps to assemble your ServIt steam table accessories.

To assemble the sneeze guard, fasten the brackets to both sides of the steam table. Use the hardware and sneeze guard panels to secure the panels to the frame located above the steam table.

To install the tubular or cutting board side shelf, secure the shelf to the side of the steam table using the provided screws.

To assemble the overshelf, fasten the brackets to both sides of the steam table using the appropriate screw holes. Secure the supporting posts into the designated post holes. Place the overshelf onto the support poles and fasten it into place.

Have had this steam table 1 year and every thermostat control knob has failed as well as a heating element and some indicator lights. During those failures Webstaurantstore sent us replacement parts and we had them installed. Now on this last failure. I'm sent to a third party to try to submit a warranty claim. Do not buy this table, you will regret it. previous to this last failure Webstaurantstore did a great job, not this time.
