This powerful holding unit has three 500W, 6" deep wells and can hold three full size food pans. It can also accommodate various different pan configurations with the use of adapter bars. For all possible configurations, refer to the pan layout diagram.
Dry Holding
This steam table is intended for dry use, but if you want to use moist heat, try pairing it with compatible spillage pans (sold separately). Simply fill your spillage pan with water and place your food pan inside.
Durable Construction
The body of this unit is constructed of durable 22-gauge type 430 stainless steel and heavy-duty hardware. The top and wells are made of 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel, while the cutting board support shelves are made of 16-gauge type 430 stainless steel.
Convenient Undershelf
Use the undershelf to store extra serving utensils, food pans, or lids to keep all of the tools you need close at hand.
8" Deep Cutting Board
The polyethylene 8" deep by 1/2" thick cutting board gives you a little extra work space for changing out food pans or filling plates.
Independent Controls
For optimum heating versatility, each individual well is independently controlled by an infinite control knob.
Ample 7'3" Cord

This table is actually dangerous. Standard hotel pans don’t fit correctly and the pans slip and fall into the wells. I’ve tried several different types of pans, stacked pans and adjusters but nothing works. I’m afraid to use this table for fear of injury.

Purchased this table April 6, 2019. It is out of warranty. 1 compartment stopped working about 6 months ago. Temperature control only stays on High all the time, even on low setting. 2 weeks ago a second compartment broke as well. I am down to 1 compartment working only!!! I’m sure this one will break also.

Great little electric steam table! Temperature knobs are placed neatly so it’s easy to read and adjust the temps for hot holding. Great to be able to use both dry and wet pans.
Just purchased this item it was really easy to put together it didn't take long at all. I like that it uses less wattage for my food truck.

This steam table was built great and i recommend this for people that are looking for this type of table gives u lots of space for deep pans and temperature level stays at peak
There are other name brand more durable but these will get the job done at a lower cost. Very good quality for the price. It heats up slower then our 220 but uses just 110 so it makes it easier to install in all kitchens. Would buy for the same price again.
I have four of these guys. They are pretty good. I feel the construction should be more sturdy but for the price they are great. You really cannot find a cheaper option than these so if you are on a budget like us then get them.. They are going on two years and no issues with performance.
