"Originally the instructions make install very confusing as it makes it seem you need to connect to a HVAC unit. However this is a standalone unit that is great! Clear clean ice comes out every time and we have never had an issue with it keeping up."
Designed for energy efficiency, this model consumes 5.36 kWh of energy per 100 lb. of ice produced. It uses 12 gallons of potable water per 100 lb. of ice produced and the air-cooled condenser uses 100 gallons.
