*Buyer beware* The water handle and inside cartridge will not last. It will break with limited use. Look at other reviews with similar problems. Ours broke within 6 months. I'm surprised Webstaurant is selling an item so cheaply made.

The cold water handle broke and is leaking. We rarely use. We are having to re-order since we are outside the warranty. fingers crossed the second one actually last.

This faucet was easy to install in our deli. I did have to order an additional piece to connect it to the sink. looks good!

The vacuum breaker secures the faucet to the wall. The right handle broke after the first month of usage. They sent me a new handle but that handle broke again after another month. We've given up on the cold water and only use the hot handle now.

Heavy duty mop sink faucet that you can attach any garden hose to clean out your dirty mops and buckets. A licensed plumber installed this into our bakery and there are no leaks or drips coming from the faucet. The support peice that attaches the faucet head to the wall makes it more sturdy and durable. Regency parts are available on Webstaurant, so any parts needed to repair will be easy to find.

Pretty basic mop sink faucet. It gets the job done. It was a little expensive but i guess thats just how much they are "worth"

This item was required by my towns health department but has proven useful. This site has the better price for that I’ve seen. Would recommend.

My plumber loved the fact that this sink faucet already had a vacuum breaker built in since most health departments require that for your permit.
