*Buyer beware* The water handle and inside cartridge will not last. It will break with limited use. Look at other reviews with similar problems. Ours broke within 6 months. I'm surprised Webstaurant is selling an item so cheaply made.

The cold water handle broke and is leaking. We rarely use. We are having to re-order since we are outside the warranty. fingers crossed the second one actually last.

This faucet was easy to install in our deli. I did have to order an additional piece to connect it to the sink. looks good!

The vacuum breaker secures the faucet to the wall. The right handle broke after the first month of usage. They sent me a new handle but that handle broke again after another month. We've given up on the cold water and only use the hot handle now.

My plumber loved the fact that this sink faucet already had a vacuum breaker built in since most health departments require that for your permit.

This faucet looks good, is well made, and does its job. There is a raised place on the end of the faucet so you can hang a bucket while it is filling.

We have this faucet for over a year now. Have had to tighten it a few times otherwise it leaks, but that is expected from normal usage.

Had this installed and barely used it before the internals failed. Would not recommend. Was impossible to find a replacement part at any local plumbing supply store and ended up spending many hundreds of dollars more on a replacement faucet and labor costs.

A good, strong mop sink faucet. I'm impressed with how regency has improved their faucets. I bought some about four or five years ago and they were not high quality. It seems that they're really stepped up their game and provide nice, durable, reliable faucets today.
