These 14" rail/brackets are a really nice addition to shelves with open bottoms, and no casters. They provide the kind of side support required of shelves where there is NO shelf for more than 24-36" from the floor. Pictures coming soon. They work best when there are no casters present, but work just as well. They are better suited when no casters present. caster will always weaken your shelf system unless you use it for really light duty.
Hanger rail is awesome product that we use to help also add guard rails to prevent fragile products like our glass jars from falling over easily. They block the side, and also help straighten the posts when subject to very long runs without a shelf. Great useful product!
