Can I mix and match Regency shelving components with other popular shelving brands?
Regency shelving is designed to work with many popular brands of shelving, including Metro Super Erecta and Advance Tabco. However, it's important to note that each type of component must be from the same brand, due to minor variations in size between brands.

For example, you can use Metro Super Erecta shelves with Regency posts, but all of the shelves must be Metro and all of the posts must be Regency. However, you cannot use a few Advance Tabco shelves and a few Regency shelves on the same set of posts at the same time, or two Metro posts and two Regency posts on the same shelving unit.

First, insert foot levelers into the posts by twisting them clockwise. For mobile units, push the casters into the posts. Pushing in the casters may take a bit of force.

Next, snap the 4 split sleeves onto each post for the bottom shelf, ensuring the arrows on the sleeves are facing up. Then, hold the bottom shelf on its side as you slide each post through the collars in the shelf until the sleeves fit firmly inside them.

Stand the unit upright and ensure the shelf is secured. Add additional split sleeves at the desired shelf height. Continue to place the remaining shelves on top of the posts, sliding them through the shelf collars until the sleeves fit firmly. Finally, screw the foot levelers in or out to level the entire unit. Now your assembly is complete.

    This is a very substantial, well-made shelving unit with huge castor wheels. The dimensions are perfect for my needs, and the green color is deeper and prettier than shown in pics. It has a touch of blue, making it a forest green that looks great with some teal organizing bins I got to fit. Having said all that, as a 73 year old single woman, it's been an absolute nightmare to put together! I needed a ladder and a hammer to pound the wheels into posts. The black clips that hold the shelves on keep sliding as I'm trying to get the shelves on. It's definitely a 2 person job, and I'm only 1 senior lady. This should be posted in description.     Shelves arrived quickly and appear to be heavy duty. Plenty for what I need them for anyway. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I only received enough of the plastic sleeves that hold the shelves up.
