This review is about webstaurant.com packaging not Regency shelf ,which is fine. Three heavy steel shelves, four steel poles and assorted plastic parts throw into an oversized DIY box (two boxes taped together). The box was so damaged during shipping that FedEx had to tape it back together. Shelves and poles all have chipped epoxy. my next order will be with a company that cares about the product they sell.
