We have only used this vacuum for 4 months and it is broken and the part that is broken is NOT included in the so called non-existent 3 year "warranty" even though that's not what the warranty pdf says. I won't be purchasing this product again. I need products that are made well and last with a company that stands behind their product. I will not purchase for our new facilities going forward.
