Suggested Recipe: Mint Coconut Milk Limeade
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp. agave syrup
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup ice
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves, reserving 2 or 3 for a garnish. Add coconut milk, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice. Cap and shake vigorously until the drink is chilled. Strain mixture into a glass over ice, garnish with remaining mint leaves, and enjoy! For a cocktail, add 1 oz. of tequila before shaking.
