Great for making small batches of baked goods, snack foods, pizzas, and warm sandwiches, this Moffat Turbofan single deck full size 4 pan electric convection oven with mechanical controls is a great way to increase cooking capacity without sacrificing valuable space in your kitchen! Its compact 31 7/8" width makes it great for coffee shops, kiosks, snack bars, and restaurants.

This convection oven features 5 kW of heating power and a twin bi-directional reversing fan system that spreads heat throughout the entire oven, ensuring evenly cooked products. Plus, with a diameter of 7", the 2 full stainless steel oven fans work to provide extreme velocity. The interior is covered with a porcelain baking compartment liner that is extremely effective at evenly distributing heat. To adequately cook multiple dishes at once, the oven compartment can hold up to (4) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans in a left to right position, and the rack positions are separated with 3 1/8" of space. In addition, the oven comes with 4 chrome plated wire racks so you can start cooking right away.

An adjustable mechanical temperature control knob allows this oven to operate at temperatures between 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, giving it the capacity to cook a large array of dishes and products. It also has a 60-minute timer to help keep track of your culinary creations and dual halogen lamps in the interior of the oven illuminates the space so you can monitor products at a quick glance. For valuable temperature protection, the continuous door seal ensures the warm air inside does not escape.

The stainless steel front, sides, and top provide durability, ease of cleaning, and corrosion resistance, while the door features dual pane glass encased in stainless steel door frames with a Stay-Cool powder coated welded door handle. Plus, with 3" anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet, you will have no problem when it comes time to clean underneath! This unit requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
