Great for warming small batches of baked goods, snack foods, pizzas, and warm sandwiches, this Moffat Turbofan single deck half size 3 pan electric convection oven with mechanical controls is a great way to increase cooking capacity without sacrificing valuable space in your kitchen! Its compact 24" width makes it great for coffee shops, kiosks, snack bars, and restaurants.

This convection oven features 1.5 kW of heating power and a single direction low-velocity fan that spreads heat throughout the entire oven, ensuring evenly cooked products. The interior is covered with a porcelain baking compartment liner that is extremely effective at evenly distributing heat. So you can adequately cook multiple dishes at once, this 1.5 cu. ft. oven compartment holds up to (3) 13" x 18" half size sheet pans in a left to right position, and the rack positions are separated with 2 5/8" of space. In addition, 3 chrome plated wire racks are supplied so you can start cooking right away.

An adjustable mechanical temperature control knob allows this oven to operate at temperatures between 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, giving it the capacity to cook a large array of dishes and products. It also has a 60-minute timer to help keep track of your culinary creations. For valuable temperature protection, the continuous door seal ensures the warm air inside does not escape.

The stainless steel front, sides, and top provide durability, ease of cleaning, and corrosion resistance, while the door features dual pane glass encased in stainless steel door frames with a powder coated welded door handle. This oven rests on 3" stainless steel legs that provide the necessary clearance for cleaning and maintenance. This unit requires a 110-120V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
