This Ceado SL98 automatic commercial citrus juicer is a great choice for your low volume restaurant, cafe, bar, or hotel where you need exceptional reliability! This juicer is made to let your staff quickly and easily produce servings of citrus juices to accompany your breakfast menu or to create the freshest flavors in cocktails. The ergonomic rubber lever handle helps increase efficiency and produce higher yields while ensuring comfortable use. Plus, it also increases sanitation because the fruit does not need to be touched by hand during the juicing process.

Designed with safety in mind, this juicer has a thermal cut-out to prevent the motor from overheating and also has an exclusive activating micro-switch on the back of the unit. This prevents the motor from accidentally activating when the cover is open. Also, the position of the switch helps to reduce wear and prevent any malfunctions caused by drips of sticky juice.

This juicer is made for easy use and easy maintenance. For ultimate reliability, it is made with stainless steel components. The bowl, (1) reamer, and splash guard are all made of stainless steel for greater durability. The parts are all removable so that they can easily be cleaned between batches or at the end of a shift. The light alloy cast housing will look sleek and professional on your countertop.

This unit has a fan-cooled, 300W asynchronous motor that provides a speed of 1,400 rpm. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

I am so upset about this. This juicer is very expensive. When you turn it on you can juice around 5-10 oranges and then it violently starts shaking and going insane. Even when you release the button it just stay on screaming and shaking at you, so you have to unplug it to get it to shut off. I literally caught it from falling onto the floor because it was shaking off the tabletop. This thing is dangerous. Webstaurant won't let me return it because I'm outside the window to return because I bought it May 15 but it wasn't even delivered to me until June 5. So I have barely even owned the thing. This is really absurd. I want to upload a video but I'm afraid to turn this thing back on.

This is a well-made, sturdy all-metal citrus juicer that is easy to use and easy to setup. I have been using it at home as I was tired of using juicers with cheap plastic parts. This juicer came in no-nonsense brown box with the most minimal of instructions – while it was intuitive for me as I have used juicers in the past, if you are a novice you may choose to check the internet for instructions on how to use this juicer. There are two switches for this juicer – a main switch on the side that you need to click into place (I just leave it in the on position all the time as it makes it easier to use); and the second switch which is activated only when you press down on the handle into the reamer.
